The Bunner's apricot crumble bar was a fan favourite back in 2019 and we've brought it back... by popular demand!
A thick layer of homemade apricot filling is wrapped up in a buttery blanket of toasted coconut crumble. It's a match made in heaven and stands to rival our Strawberry Squares as the #1 fruity fan favourite!
Base: Coconut, sugar, Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), baking powder, salt, xanthan gum, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2). Filling: Dried apricots, sugar, lemon juice, water.
