This is the very same batter that we use for our cakes in store, packaged into the cutest little bucket ever, and ready for quick and easy scoop & bake action.
We make it, freeze it and ship it.
You thaw it, scoop it and bake it.
Thaw batter & preheat oven to 350F.
Cupcakes: Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each cupcake. Bake for 20 minutes.
6” x 2 Layer Cake: Divide one bucket of batter equally between two well oiled, 6” cake pans. Bake for 35 mins.
Testing: Test cupcakes and cake with a toothpick. Insert into product. If it comes out clean your batter is baked! If not, continue baking in 5 minute intervals, testing regularly until done.
Oven temperatures & bake times may vary. Bake time and temperature is based on residential oven testing.
Ingredients: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), vegan sugar, apple sauce, dairy free butter (Canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), unsweetened coconut milk, shredded carrots, toasted coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, apple cider vinegar.
