This kit makes for a super cute & fun experience on a frosty Christmas eve. And don't forget to leave a little note for Santa and a couple of carrot sticks with your cookies for the reindeer!
The gingerbread cookie decorating kit comes complete with 4 delicious Bunner's gingerbread cookies, 1 tub of white royal icing, colourful sprinkles and a disposable piping bag!
4 x Gingerbread Cookies (assorted shapes)
1 x White Royal Icing
1 x Holiday Sprinkles
2 x Disposable Piping Bag
1. Gently stir the royal icing in its container with a fork or a spoon. For easier filling, roll the top rim of your piping bags down to the half way point of the bag.
2. With a fork or spoon, gently fill the piping bags with the desired colour of icing. Roll the piping bag rim back to full length and twist it closed (right above the top of the icing). Snip the very tip-off of your icing bag to allow icing to flow. Start small. You can always cut more off later if increased flow is needed.
3. Decorate your cookies using icing and sprinkles. Have Fun! Be Creative!
4. Cookies can be eaten right away or left out to dry. The cookies will remain fresh for up to several days if stored in an air-tight container. The royal icing will firm up when left to dry for an hour or more.
Cookies: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), sugar, salt, xanthan, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, canola oil, coconut milk, molasses, golden syrup, vanilla. Royal Icing: sugar, water, corn syrup, mono- and diglycerides, artificial flavour, agar, potassium sorbate, citric acid, locust bean gum, colour. Sprinkles: Icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, cornstarch, glucose, soya lecithin, F D & C artificial colour, gum arabic, carnauba wax.
