Masala Chai spiced cake is centre filled with a divinely silky caramel pudding, topped with a tower of chai flavoured whipped cream, drizzled with caramel and looking ever so cute with a cinnamon stick straw!
Chai cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (water, coconut cream, gellan gum, xanthan gum, sea salt), apple cider vinegar, chai flavouring.
