Bunner's version of the classic Banana Cream Pie has a sweet, graham crust, a dreamy vanilla / banana filling, a whipped cream border and some fresh & crunchy banana chips for decoration.

Ingredients:

Crust: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), cinnamon, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, sucanat, sugar, vanilla, agave, canola oil, water. Banana Pudding: Coconut cream (coconut, water, guar gum), pudding powder (sugar, modified corn starch, sodium phosphates, salt, artificial flavour, modified vegetable oil, xanthan gum, mono-and diglycerides, colour), banana flavour. Whipped Cream: Dairy free whipped cream (water, hydrogenated palm oil, sugar, sorbitol syrup, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carboxy methyl cellulose, carrageenan, tara gum, gellan gum, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, mono-and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, soy lecithin, flavouring, trisodium citrate, disodium phosphate, salt, colour). Banana Chips: Bananas, coconut oil, sugar, natural banana flavour.
