Supersonic Cookie

The Supersonic cookie is the first product that Bunner's ever made! We started selling this and a few muffins at the Distillery District Farmer's Market back in the summer of 2010. By the second week we had a line-up of customers wanting all of our select gluten-free products.  We knew right away that we had a hit on our hands!

Three seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and flax), dried cranberries and chocolate chips - it's a power cookie that actually tastes... SUPER!

INGREDIENTS:

Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), gluten free oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon, xanthan gum, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, flax seeds, cranberries, water, canola oil, molasses, vegan chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla).
