Layers of tender noodles in a classic, slow simmered tomato and (Beyond) meat sauce with a layer of cheese on top. And just when you thought we hit the mark, we took things to the next level by introducing a rich and creamy layer of bechamel sauce and some vegan pepper-jack cheese for good measure. Yum!
