This is the very same batter that we use for our retail Bunner's muffins, packaged into the cutest little bucket ever, and ready for quick and easy scoop & bake action. 

We make it, freeze it and ship it. 

You thaw it, scoop it and bake it.

Makes for a great activity with the kids or a loved one when you're looking for something yummy to make!

Instructions: Thaw batter. Preheat oven to 325F. Scoop a 1/4 cup of batter for each muffin into a muffin liner in a standard muffin/cupcake pan. Bake for 18 minutes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean).

Ingredients: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), vegan sugar, applesauce, frozen raspberries, coconut milk, canola oil, baking powder, vanilla flavour (water, propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, natural and artificial flavours, caramel colour, citric acid, tocopherol), sunflower lecithin, salt, lemon emulsion (water, propylene glycol, natural flavours, acacia gum, sodium benzoate), xanthan gum.
