At the heart of this cupcake is Bunner's creamy, dreamy spicy pumpkin pie filling, baked into a pumpkin spice cake, frosted with a big swirl of indulgent whipped cream and topped with pumpkin spice cookie crumbles and some shredded pumpkin seeds.

Cake: Bunner’s Gluten-free All Purpose Flour (chickpea flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, pumpkin spice blend, butter, sugar, apple sauce, vanilla, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar.
Pumpkin Pie Filling: pumpkin puree, maple syrup, canned coconut, sugar, silken tofu, arrowroot, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, all spice.
Topping: non-dairy whipped cream, pumpkin seeds, spiced cookie crumble.
