All summer long people ask us when we’re going to start selling this iconic scone again! Well, it's back! Decadent maple glaze coats this deliciously tender pumpkin spice scone - it's the perfect seasonal pairing (and well worth the wait!).
This year we've amped up the flavour with a hit of pumpkin pie baked into the middle. A new twist on our fall favourite!
Scone: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), sugar, baking powder, salt, xanthan, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut milk (coconut cream, water, sunflower lecithin, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), apple cider vinegar, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2). Pumpkin filling: pumpkin, coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), silken tofu (soymilk, soy protein isolate, glucono-delta-lactone, calcium chloride), sugar, maple syrup, arrowroot, pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice) Glaze: Icing sugar, maple extract, nutmeg, coconut milk (as above).
