INGREDIENTS:

Cookie Base: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), sugar, salt, xanthan gum, baking soda, baking powder, cane syrup, canola oil, molasses, vanilla. Cheesecake: Silken tofu (soymilk, soy protein isolate, glucono-delta-lactone, calcium chloride), Tofutti cream cheese (water, palm oil, maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, lactic acid, sugar, locust bean, guar gum, xanthan gum, salt) creamed coconut, golden syrup, canola oil, sugar, salt, vanilla, tapioca. Toppings: Caramel (sugar, water, earth balance soy free butter (modified palm oil, canola oil, safflower oil, flax oil, olive oil, water, salt, pea protein, flavour, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract), coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), apples, lemon juice, sugar, oat crumble (Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (as above) gluten free oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2).
