Move over Starbucks, Bunner's is back with our take on the Chai Latte - in a cupcake!

Masala Chai spiced cake is centre filled with a divinely silky caramel pudding, topped with a tower of chai flavoured whipped cream, drizzled with caramel and looking ever so cute with a cinnamon stick straw!

INGREDIENTS:

Chai cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (coconut cream, water, sunflower lecithin, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), apple cider vinegar, chai flavouring. Filling: Caramel (coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), tapioca starch, golden syrup, sugar, brown sugar, dairy free butter (as above) vanilla, salt), coconut milk (as above), pudding powder (sugar, modified corn starch, sodium phosphates, salt, artificial flavour, modified vegetable oil, xanthan gum, mono-and diglycerides, colour). Toppings: vegan whipped cream (water, sugars (glucose-fructose, sugar, glucose syrup), hydrogenated palm kernel oil, modified cellulose, polysorbate 60, artificial flavour, soya lecithin, preservative (potassium sorbate), polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soya protein concentrate, salt, xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate, sodium citrate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, natural flavour, turmeric and annatto extracts (colour), maltol), chai flavour, caramel (as above), cinnamon stick.
