Double Decker Pumpkin Whoopie Pie

Pumpkin spiced cake layers sandwich a huge dollop of baked pumpkin pie filling, bordered by our Josephine Louise frosting and topped with a whole whack of pumpkin pie filling blended with whipped cream! Sprinkled with some blitzed pumpkin seeds for that crunch factor! It's literally everything all at once!
