Bunner's original Vanilla Rainbow Cake first made its appearance during Pride Week 4 years ago, and now we would like to introduce you to its mysteriously dark (and oh-so-chic) cousin - the Goth Rainbow Cake.
Strikingly colourful vanilla cake layers are wrapped in a velvety smooth black cocoa frosting with a stunning rainbow sidewall design.
INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, colour, sunflower lecithin. Black Frosting: Powdered sugar, cocoa, dairy free butter (as above), shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), vanilla, coconut milk (water, coconut cream, vitamin and mineral blend (calcium carbonate, zinc gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, riboflavin [B2], vitamin B12), locust bean gum, sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, sea salt, natural flavour), salt, black cocoa, colour. Coloured Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream, salt, vanilla, colour.
