Placing an order is easy! Once you are an approved wholesale customer you can login and place an order though our online wholesale portal.
ADVANCE PAY WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: Fill your cart, choose pick-up or delivery and check out. Your order is now in our queue and will be processed as requested.
NET30 WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: Fill your cart and, when you check out, be sure to supply us with your delivery address. We will review and confirm your order and then send you a follow up invoice. You will receive your order in 4 days or less. Overdue invoices will be charged 5% of the outstanding balance per month. Accounts which are past 60 days will be paused until payment is received.

How do I place an order?
How can I get Net30 terms?
When can I expect my delivery?
We require a minimum four day lead time to prepare, produce and deliver your order. You can schedule an order for delivery or pick up any day after that four day lead time.
Wholesale orders can be placed any day of the week.
We strive to get your delivery to you on time and in excellent shape. Please note, delays can occur when weather or road conditions are poor. We will communicate with you directly if we anticipate a delay.
Is there FREE delivery?
Yes!
ORDERS OVER $350 - Use code FREESHIP350 and your delivery charges are removed!
ORDERS UNDER $350 - Delivery is paid. Charges are calculated using a zone based rate system.
We do not up-charge on delivery. We simply bill you what our courier company bills us.
Do you offer 'specific time of day' delivery?
How do I pay for my order?
*NOTICE:
Please make cheques payable to: 1915432 ONTARIO INC. and make a note on the cheque of the invoice number you are paying.
We do not accept cheques made out to Bunner's, Bunner's Bakery, Bunner's Bakeshop or any other variation of the business name.
What is your refund policy?
We guarantee that your product will be free from quality defects at the time of shipment.
However if there is an issue with the product itself*, or should a problem occur in transit, please contact our wholesale service team at wholesale@bunners.ca. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
If you receive products that were damaged as a direct result of our delivery service, please send us a photo of the damage so that we can report the issue to our courier company.
*PLEASE NOTE: If your product was not stored (as directed in the product information on each product's web page), we will be unable to honour a refund claim.
We do not buy back unsold product. All sales are final.
My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
Product damage resulting from external factors while on delivery is covered under refund policy. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your goods.
Should a problem occur in transit, please contact our customer service team. We offer refunds on unsellable products. If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo so that we can take the issue up with our delivery service.
