Lemon Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream, salt, vanilla, lemon flavour, Colour Raspberry Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (as above) coconut cream, salt, vanilla, raspberry flavour, colour. Filling: Raspberries, sugar, salt, arrowroot, lemon juice, water. Toppings: Fresh raspberries, lemon/raspberry ombré icing (as above), sprinkles (icing sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, cornstarch, glucose, soya lecithin, F D & C artificial colour, gum arabic, carnauba wax).
