Neapolitan Cake

Clearly inspired by Neapolitan ice-cream, this is the perfect cake for someone who just can't decide on which flavour to get... And the amazing thing is that these three flavours taste so good together that you'll forget all about your dilemma and get right down to the business of eating cake! Three distinct colours and flavours - Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate - it's the trifecta of your dreams.

Instructions: Keep your cake refrigerated. Remove cake from refrigerator one (1) hour before serving and let sit at room temperature (it will be the most tender and moist if served at room temperature). Keep unused portions protected from air in a re-usable container or by returning your cake to its box and wrapping the box in a plastic bag.

Chocolate Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (as above), cocoa, baking powder, salt, xanthan gum, dairy free butter (as above), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (as above), apple cider vinegar, sunflower lecithin. Strawberry Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (as above) baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, butter dairy free butter (as above), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (as above), apple cider vinegar, sunflower lecithin, strawberry flavour, colour. Vanilla Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream (as above), salt, vanilla. Strawberry Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (as above) coconut cream (as above), salt, vanilla, strawberry flavour, colour. Chocolate Frosting: Powdered sugar, cocoa, dairy free butter (as above), shortening (as above), vanilla, coconut milk (as above), salt. Toppings: Vanilla frosting, strawberry frosting, chocolate frosting (all as above).
