4" Mini Yellow Smash Cake w/ Topper

It's baby's first birthday and nothing would be more fun then watching them scrunch their chubby little fingers into this perfectly sized mini cake!

It's literally designed to be smashed by one year olds, all while adding a touch of class to those precious Instagram pics that will last forever 😉

Three mini vanilla cake layers, wrapped in Bunner's classic yellow vanilla frosting, and topped with a custom gold 'One' cake topper! (see sample pics for how your smash cake looks inside).

Includes: 4" round, 3 layer smash cake + 1pc gold topper. 

*PLEASE NOTE: this is a 4" round, 3 layer, mini cake. It is not the same size as our adult sized cakes. It's a little cake specifically sized for one year olds.

Instructions: Keep your cake refrigerated. Remove cake from refrigerator one (1) hour before serving and let sit at room temperature (it will be the most tender and moist if served at room temperature). Keep unused portions protected from air in a re-usable container or by returning your cake to its box and wrapping the box in a plastic bag.

INGREDIENTS:

Vanilla Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (coconut cream, water, sunflower lecithin, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), apple cider vinegar, sunflower lecithin. Vanilla Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides) coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), salt, vanilla, colour.
