INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) cocoa, baking powder, salt, xanthan gum, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (water, coconut cream, vitamin and mineral blend (calcium carbonate, zinc gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, riboflavin [B2], vitamin B12), locust bean gum, sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, sea salt, natural flavour), apple cider vinegar, sunflower lecithin. Marshmallow Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream (coconut, water, guar gum), salt, vanilla, marshmallow flavouring. Chocolate Frosting: Powdered sugar, cocoa, dairy free butter (as above), shortening (as above) vanilla, coconut milk (as above), salt. Fillings/Toppings: Chocolate ganache (vegan chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), canned coconut milk), graham cracker wedges (Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (as above), cinnamon, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, agave, canola oil, water), toasted vegan marshmallows (tapioca syrup, cane sugar, filtered water, tapioca starch, carrageenan, soy protein, vanilla).
