Bunner's classic Cherry Cheesecake is already the stuff of legends. We've been selling this product, unchanged, for six years now and the customer feedback has been consistently 'WOW!'. This beautifully baked vanilla cheesecake sits atop a cookie crumble base and is topped with our homemade, flavour packed, cherry pie filling. It never disappoints.

INGREDIENTS:

Cookie Base: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), sugar, salt, xanthan gum, baking soda, baking powder, cane syrup, canola oil, molasses, vanilla. Filling: Silken tofu (soymilk, soy protein isolate, glucono-delta-lactone, calcium chloride), Tofutti cream cheese (water, palm oil, maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, lactic acid, sugar, locust bean, guar gum, xanthan gum, salt) coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), golden syrup, canola oil, sugar, salt, vanilla, arrowroot. Cherry Topping: Cherries, sugar, salt, arrowroot, lemon juice, water.
