Sweet and light with a bright cherry filling and a big dollop of whipped cream, sandwiched in a tender and light scone and sprinkled with icing sugar.
The Cherry Berry is a new staff favourite and we're sure your Mom will love it too :) 

Ingredients:
Scone: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (water, coconut cream, vitamin and mineral blend (calcium carbonate, zinc gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, riboflavin [B2], vitamin B12), locust bean gum, sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, sea salt, natural flavour), apple cider vinegar. Toppings: Cherry Topping (cherries, sugar, salt, tapioca, lemon juice, water), dairy free whipped cream (water, hydrogenated palm oil, sugar, sorbitol syrup, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carboxy methyl cellulose, carrageenan, tara gum, gellan gum, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, mono-and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, soy lecithin, flavouring, trisodium citrate, disodium phosphate, salt, colour), icing sugar.
