Oh gosh is there anything that can escape the inevitable push for ever more pumpkin spice in the fall season? NOPE! But now that I mention it, isn't that just what we've all been waiting for?!
You take a classic Bunner's cinnamon bun, and you pumpkin spice-ify it, PLUS we've added maple cream cheese frosting! It's that simple! (But then again, aren't most brilliant ideas just that simple? 🤷♀️)
Bun: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) sugar, salt, baking powder, xanthan gum, water, yeast, canola oil, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2) vanilla, coconut milk (water, coconut cream, gellan gum, xanthan gum, sea salt), applesauce, apple cider vinegar.
