4" Mini Carrot Cake

Sometimes simplicity is what's called for, and this little cake is exactly that.
Simply delicious and to the point - this lil' cutie delivers big time!

This is a 4" mini cake - not to be confused with our regular sized 6" cakes. It's perfect for 4 people.

Three tender layers of our classic carrot cake, wrapped with maple vegan cream cheese frosting and topped with the cutest little carrot design you ever did see.

Ingredients:
