Inspired by this classic pie combination, our 9" Strawberry Rhubarb Deep Dish Crumble Pie features a brown sugar twist. With sweet strawberries, tart rhubarb, and an extra buttery oat crumble topping, this pie is the perfect balance of bright and tangy. Enjoy a slice (or two) and taste the delicious combination of flavours.
This is a big pie and you can cut several hearty slices from it - 8-10 depending on how you slice it!
INGREDIENTS:
Crust: Bunner’s pastry flour blend (Brown rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin, coconut milk powder, arrowroot), chia powder, water, salt, apple juice, apple cider vinegar, rice wine vinegar, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides). Filling: Strawberries, rhubarb, brown sugar, sugar, tapioca starch, salt, vanilla, orange oil. Toppings: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), gluten free oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, dairy free butter (as above).
