This updated recipe is the softest and tastiest version of our sticky classic that we've ever made and it is guaranteed to impress.
Instructions: Store In the freezer until ready to use, thaw fully before placing in the oven
Thawing Room temperature (quick Defrost) Remove frosting packet and set aside at room temperature Remove the lid and peel back one corner of the plastic seal to allow product to rise while thawing Set at room temperature for 4 hours
Fridge Thaw (overnight defrost) Remove the lid and peel back one corner of the plastic seal to allow product to rise while thawing, thaw in the fridge for anywhere between 8-16 hours (do not exceed 16 hours before baking)
Baking Pre-Heat Oven to 375F (190C) with no convection OR 325F (165C) in a convection oven Place frosting package at room temperature to the side Remove remaining top wrapping. Place oven-safe tray on a sheet pan into the oven Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes
Frosting and Serving Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes Spread frosting over warm buns in the tray and allow to melt down/over the top Once cool enough to handle, cut individual buns out of the tray and serve while still warm If desired store baked buns at room temperature for up to 24 hours in a sealed container
