INGREDIENTS:

Peach Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2) sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut cream (coconut extract, water, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, polysorbate), apple cider vinegar, sunflower lecithin, peaches. Coconut filling: Dairy free butter (as above), sugar, coconut cream (as above), water, vanilla, toasted coconut. Peach Topping: Peaches, sugar, lemon juice, tapioca starch, water. Peach Frosting: Vegan whipped cream (water, sugars (glucose-fructose, sugar, glucose syrup), hydrogenated palm kernel oil, modified cellulose, polysorbate 60, artificial flavour, soya lecithin, preservative (potassium sorbate), polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soya protein concentrate, salt, xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate, sodium citrate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, natural flavour, turmeric and annatto extracts (colour), maltol), candied peaches (peaches, dairy free butter (as above), sugar).
