Ok, so it's not technically a Nanaimo bar, but this creamy, cool character is a very close cousin (and a much beloved holiday classic).
A chocolaty, coconut crumble base is layered with a mouth watering, cool and creamy frosting and topped with a thick layer of dark, chocolate ganache. Topped with festive sprinkles.
All together the three layers of the Peppermint Nanaimo Bar harmonize into an addictively cool, triple temptation, chocolate rush.
