Back by popular demand! Our classic vanilla cupcake gets a makeover and shows off it's Pride Month colours with an iconic rainbow swirl on top.

Why is this a special order product and why is it sold in 12 packs?
The frosting technique used to create the amazing rainbow effect requires a very specific setup which takes a great deal of prep time and attention to detail.  For this reason, a minimum quantity is required to avoid wasted frosting and to make the product cost effective.)

Ingredients:

Vanilla Cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (coconut cream, water, sunflower lecithin, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), apple cider vinegar, colour, sunflower lecithin. Vanilla Frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), salt, vanilla, colour.
