Strawberry Crumb Cake

Strawberry cake in a frosting-reduced, crumb cake aesthetic. Crumb cakes are basically the same as fully decorated cakes, they simply have much less frosting around the sides. Same delicious cake, same delicious frosting - just less of it.

This strawberry cake is tender, light, and very berry flavoured :) 

INGREDIENTS:

Strawberry cake: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (water, coconut cream, vitamin and mineral blend (calcium carbonate, zinc gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, riboflavin [B2], vitamin B12), locust bean gum, sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, sea salt, natural flavour), apple cider vinegar, strawberry flavouring, colour, sunflower lecithin. Strawberry frosting: Powdered sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream (coconut, water, guar gum), salt, vanilla, strawberry flavour.
