Twixy Cupcake

Introducing the three C's, Chocolate, Caramel, and Cookie! Rich chocolate cake and frosting, filled with sweet Bunner's homemade cookie butter, drizzled with smooth caramel and topped with chocolate bark. Inspired by the classic candy bar this cupcake is a sweet treat you don't want to miss! Plus there's a surprise cookie on the bottom!

Ingredients: 

Chocolate Cake: Vanilla cake (bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), baking powder, salt, xanthan gum, dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), sugar, applesauce, vanilla, coconut milk (coconut cream, water, sunflower lecithin, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), apple cider vinegar), cocoa. Fillings: Cookie crumbs (Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (as above), sugar, salt, xanthan, baking soda, baking powder, cane syrup, canola oil, molasses, vanilla), canola oil, cinnamon, vegan chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla). Chocolate Frosting: Powdered sugar, cocoa, dairy free butter (as above), shortening (as above) vanilla, coconut milk (as above), salt. Toppings: Coconut milk (as above), golden cane syrup, sugar, brown sugar, dairy free butter (as above), molasses, tapioca starch, vanilla, salt, vegan chocolate (as above), coconut oil, cookie crumbs (as above).
