INGREDIENTS:
Cookie: Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), agave, sugar, canola oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, molasses, salt, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, peppermint flavour. Peppermint frosting: Icing sugar, shortening (canola oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides), coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), salt, vanilla, peppermint flavour. Toppings: vegan chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), coconut oil, crushed candy canes.
