9" Chocolate & Bourbon Caramel Pie

It's divine. It's decadent... and it's absolutely over the top! This pie is out of this world in flavour, texture and visual vibes. 

A 9", black cocoa, sugar cookie pie shell is first sealed with a layer of painted chocolate, filled with our homemade bourbon caramel pudding, layered with a thick spread of chocolate ganache and drizzled with even more pure chocolate.
It's everything awesome all at once.

ALL PIES ARE BAKED FRESH IN-STORE AND FROZEN FOR SAFETY DURING TRANSIT
Thaw overnight in the fridge, or at room temperature for 2 hours for the perfect serving texture.

Sugar Cookie Shell: dairy free butter (canola oil, water, palm oil, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, natural flavours, annatto, turmeric, vitamin A, vitamin D2), coconut yogurt (water, agave syrup, coconut, tapioca starch, inulin, natural flavours, citric acid, tricalcium phosphate, guar gum, bacterial culture), sugar, Bunner’s all purpose flour blend (chickpea flour, sorghum flour, fava bean flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), black cocoa powder, xanthan gum, salt, vanilla. Bourbon Caramel Pudding: coconut cream (coconut milk, water, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium metabisulphite), golden cane syrup, sugar, brown sugar, dairy free butter (as above), molasses, tapioca starch, bourbon extract, vanilla, salt, pudding powder (sugar, modified corn starch, sodium phosphates, salt, artificial flavour, modified vegetable oil, xanthan gum, mono-and diglycerides, colour). Chocolate ganache: Vegan Chocolate Chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), coconut cream (as above).
