Irish Cream Wreath

Irish Coffee anyone? This holiday drink inspired cupcake is a wow in both looks and flavour. This year we've packed a chocolate and coffee cake full of caramel and topped it with Irish cream whipped cream. Decorated like a festive holiday wreath complete with a cookie star!
